What did Jordan Peterson teach about self-improvement?

Happy Monday Nick’s letters reader and subscriber.

At 0540hrs: I throw away the duvet in the air with my legs and right hand, that by the time it lands back on the bed, I am at the bathroom sink brushing my teeth.
