Oh yeah happy new year!
Nick’s letters reader and subscriber Shivachi Shihembekho who is also a thriving business owner in the delivery and running of errands industry has found the summary of everything in self-improvement.
In a past letter I told you this; reading a lot of self-improvement books is never going to improve your life.
Instead, you are going to find yourself in a loop of motivational cycle.
Moving from the monk who sold his Ferrari, to the millionaire next door, to the daily stoic, and so on and so on without making real improvements in your life.
And so it has been my policy to read rather philosophy and psychology texts instead of the many different self-improvement books thrown around. Philosophy expands and opens your mind to ideas you never knew. What many people do is read shallow self-improvement books and end up with shallow ideas.
But we are different!
Because one of us has something interesting that we should be considering already.
What is that?
The summary of self-development by an American writer and social commentator Rob Henderson.
What this summary will do is that after reading it, you won’t ever need to buy and use any other self-help book. You will have all the tips and tidbits on what to do every day to remain on track with your goals and progress.
All that is compressed in an image document with less than 100 words.
Which is available on my blog together with a link to Rob Henderson’s Substack page where you can read more about ideas in human nature and psychology.
Go here to see it. Take only 2 minutes.
Talk soon.
Nick.
