In a time of mental crisis, fortifying your mind like this is the way.

Back in march 2020 when covid hit in kenya, I was living with four other guys in a biiig one bedroom apartment where we spent days eating, watching, drinking, scrolling, busting loud music and inviting different girlfriends to cook.

The covid times was a good example of how crisis can be forced upon the minds of humans victimising the majority who are always week minded.

One evening in March while stepping out for an afternoon roadtrip, I switched into my anti-government and philosophical mind. I mentioned to the boys that covid was political and not the way everybody was seeing it at that time. I told them that there was a lot happening behind the mask mandates and curfews and quarantines.

Of course, they did not receive it well and never agreed with me.

So I kept to myself and realised how people can be very week minded even while living their best lives. Everyday in the house it was all about checking the news to see the numbers of deaths reported.

But after a few days, I got bored and decided that instead of spending time looking at the tv with others, I would be sitting up at the rooftop alone.

Sometimes I read.

Sometimes I wrote my thoughts.

Sometimes I did push ups and jumped up and down.

Sometimes I would call my good friend for a long chat.

Sometimes I would just sit and maybe indulge in some smoke while attending to my deep thoughts. 

While in the house, I switched news with music and also studied digital marketing which these days is my professional offer to businesses.

Days turned into weeks and weeks into months and people started to realise that the whole covid thing was a scam. Some of those boys today have accepted that it was not what they thought despite even them being taken to quarantine and declared covid positive.

On a personal note, I had concluded that covid was a systematic mind control and yet up to these days, many still haven't seen this fact.

Why say covid was mind control?

Because of the way it was publicised on mainstream media.

Mainstream media as you may know it, is the fourth branch of the government tasked mainly with spreading propaganda. Because you see, thousands of people dying in Europe and Asia really has nothing to do with your life here in Kenya. But since world governments know that people's attention is their currency, they tricked people into buying the fake attention about a fake disease and then came anxieties and mass psychosis. People's minds were raped without care of where you live, how much you earn and which race you are from.

Covid was just an example of how our minds are under constant and direct attack by the governments and powers that be. There is a classic idea that everything originates from the mind, and so the easiest way to weaken the public mind was to take their attention and increase uncertainties in their lives. So the realistic way to be safe from this type of propaganda which never ends is to make your mind stronger than their games.

How do you make your mind strong?

Philosophers, academicians and psychologists have long found the answers to this question. And I am going to tell you about it from personal experience.

There are 4 classic ways you can improve your thought function in order to be free from government propaganda.

And they are as follows.

  1. Reading.  Dig deeper into occult philosophy to see what the wisest people on earth are revealing about world governments. Now return to the world and act out some of those ideas.

  2. Writing. Write down your thoughts to see your own weakness in the way you see the world. After some time you will notice that you think better and nobody is going to play with your mind by telling you to do mindless and useless things.

  3. Meditation. Sit down alone without phone or music or anything. Just you and your thoughts to see what your inner world is revealing to you.

  4. Physical fitness. It is true that our brain, which is the organ that connects us to our minds, is spread all over the body. So technically, making your body stronger also strengthens the mind. Run, lift weights ,train your flexibility, walk and so on.

I practiced all these things and my mindset has never been the same. And my life trajectory shifted from then.

And it is not just me. These practices have lifted the minds of millions of boys and girls from Kenya and all over the world to places they never thought. I was able to transition from waiting on tables at artcafe and failing at businesses to finally finding the amazing world of digital marketing. And to this day, people have already paid me even in dollars to use my skills. Those who could not open their eyes are still working the same jobs they were doing back in 2020.

I would like to say that I am on the right path and you too, can follow this path of mental fortification and live free from governments which are the biggest mental crises master and manipulators. Read, write, meditate and do physical fitness. Because this the way. THE END.
