- I hate to write.
I hate to write.
whether the finance bill passes or not!
I don’t want to be here sending you this letter.
I want to be in the forest. Writing is boring and hard.
Let nobody lie to you that they are passionate about writing. Writing has a lot bad things. And it is for people who are suffering. Seriously. You don’t want to read this letter because you know I am struggling to write.
Anyway. Let me ask you a question. What kind of a fit straight Kenyan male who loves reading philosophy wants to sit and suffer breaking down ideas in fitness and philosophy through writing weekly letters? When he could be in the forest listening and enjoying the sounds and scenes of nature. Or maybe romancing his gafwend. Or lifting heavy weights… or…. reading a novel. Or playing chess.
I hate to write.
And so on this chilly Monday, from the green hills of Kiambu, I am not gonna write any more past the next few minutes. I actually think I should design this newsletter to write only less than 500 words. Anyway, what I am going to do is share with you some video content I ate this morning that seems to contradict mass action. In regards to the current events as many Kenyans are rejecting the proposed finance bill, there is still hope in whatever may come... Whether the finance bill passes or not, the individual power is going to remain with us. Harsh economic regimes and taxes will always be there. But the individual who forges a strong will to power and success will rise above the mass effects.
Go here to listen.
