Fat father christmas' crazy fat loss plan!

He has type 2 diabetes!

Happy Monday fam!

I know it is Christmas and today, you are going to be doing a lot of activities to expand your waist!

Anyway, it is 540am. I was woken up by the pattering of the rain at around 5.10 am. After returning from pissing in the toilet, I walked outside. I stood at the balcony. I looked at the misty sky as it rained.

My mind child was expecting some gifts left at the door. But all I saw was my dirty shoes!

Why has this old man not visited me? Where are my gifts even if I don’t deserve them Santa?

The answer?

He is obese and could not make it!

Now listen up!

I fully understand that festive eating is a common thing during not just Christmas day alone, but the entire month of December.

But as you know, careless and excessive eating causes health problems as a result of excess body fat.

Many killer diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and some cancers are caused by excess body fats.

I suspect it is the reason Father Christmas never made it to my neighborhood! He has type 2 diabetes!

Anyway! Because of the limited time to lift heavy weights and be available to hang out with family and friends, here is my prescription to Santa and many others who are like Santa, before I go!
