How to Become a Better Digital Marketer Part 2.
A T-shaped digital marketer is a marketer who has a broad knowledge of the marketing domain but with a deep focus on one major marketing area.
What is up fam?
Many people really dread Mondays. Many fear and hate the feeling of going back to jobs after having a day or two to rest.
But you know it, my friend. Over here we don’t fear Mondays.
On a personal note, I am always looking forward to Mondays so that I can send you yet another letter.
This morning, I started with a walk in the sun. I got out of bed when it was already bright and shiny. Now do you know what my friend? Early morning sunshine exposure is powerful and healthy. It sets your hormones right and gives you an extra energy boost to start your day. Try that, you’ll love it.
Anyway, as I sit down to type, I have noticed in the past 3 issues I have been writing about how you can become a better digital marketer. As promised I am going to see that through. That is why today I bring you yet another letter on how to become a digital marketer.
There are three things you can do to become a better digital marketer.
Master human psychology and behavior.
Become a t-shaped marketer.
Test your marketing skills by embracing direct response marketing.

Okay. I know you are wondering what exactly is a T-shaped marketer. I mean who is that? How Can you become that? Why do you need to become that?
A T-shaped digital marketer is a marketer who has a broad knowledge of the marketing domain but with a deep focus on one major marketing area.
You see, marketing has a lot of areas of work. It can be social media marketing. Influencer marketing. Search engine optimization. Content strategy. Video production and so on. So whether you like it or not, you are going to have to choose one area of focus one day.
For example. When I started ‘jobbing’ at the company where I work, I was exposed to multiple marketing projects. From social media, content creation, website design, content strategy, etc That experience has given me a broad knowledge of digital marketing. But these days I have become interested in writing. For one reason, I know writing is the most important skill for marketers. So I have become focused on writing marketing materials like emails, sales pages, social media captions, and marketing proposals. Therefore, I have become what we call; a T-shaped marketer.
You too dear friend, can become T-shaped.
